The performance procedure

The best time to perform for a group is usually after they have ordered their meal. How this works is the waiter will tell the guests that they have a magician available and ask them if they would like to be entertained whilst they wait on their meal. When they accept, the waiter will inform me and I will go over, introduce myself and perform a short routine at the table for the guests.

Smiles on customers faces

This puts smiles on faces and will be a talking point for the remainder of the evening for your guests. When they go home, they are also likely to tell their friends and relations about the experience they had at the restaurant.
